Discover the tropical side of Rio de Janeiro, a short drive outside the city, in an area few travelers reach. For almost the price of an Uber there and back, you get a guide in English, pickup and return in the Copacabana and Ipanema area, a boat trip on a tropical river, virgin beaches and more.
A company built on genuinely local, experienced guides.
What you'll see

The climb to the Telegraph Rock
The highlight is the climb to the Telegraph Rock, a jutting boulder about 350 meters up with stunning coastal views. The trail is easy, three and a half kilometers with breathtaking lookouts, and at one of them you can take one of Rio's most viral photos, hanging over a seemingly sheer cliff.

Virgin beaches along the way
On the way to the Telegraph Rock we drive along stunning virgin beaches.

All-you-can-eat lunch stop
After the descent we stop at an all-you-can-eat restaurant (not included in the tour price, about R$30 to R$40).

Boat trip among the islands
After lunch we sail among islands and wetlands on one of the rivers, where you may spot caimans, capybaras, crabs, birds and other local species (no promises you will see them all).
What travelers say
“A recommendation straight out of the movies!!! Listen to me carefully, the Rio Trip tour is the next big thing! We just came back from a tour of Rio de Janeiro with Benny Klein, an Israeli who has lived in Rio for 16 years and knows Brazil exceptionally well. The whole day was rich with first-rate explanations, tons of fascinating information about Brazil, Rio, carnival, the army, government, favelas, history and any topic you would want to know about. Benny is a very professional and caring guide, funny, helpful, and answers every question kindly and pleasantly. Anyone who wants a quality, worthwhile and slightly more personal tour, Benny is the right guide.”

“Our greatest experience in Rio! A tour you must not miss! With a person who is truly an expert and keeps things fascinating throughout the whole tour! Warmly recommended!!!”
